Job Description:

 

Summary:

Primarily responsible for producing consistently high quality dough products in large quantities within a fast-paced team environment.  Responsible for proper mixing, weighing, and sheeting of bread products

 

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or GED

· Must pass pre-employment drug test and background investigation

· Ability to:      

                 ● lift up to 50 lbs.

                 ●stand during entire shift

                 ●work variable schedule, including weekends and holidays

                 ●read, understand and interpret all production paperwork, including numbers, letters, and                     basic math

                 ●work in a team environment

                 ●recognize colors for bag dating coding

                 ●move hands, wrists, and arms for extended periods of time.
