Click here to have a copy of our Mail Order Form sent to you or click here to download a Microsoft Word version of the form..  This is another easy way to order our bread and gives you the option to pay by check or money order instead of using a credit card.  The form can be mailed or faxed to you.  Just indicate which method you would like the form sent to you.  The Mail Order Form has a great variety of bread combinations and samplers.  You can choose from a small "Mini-Box", with 2-3 loaves, to a large "Party-Box", with up to 12 loaves!
